Doves For Funerals
Releasing white doves is an elegant and affordable addition to Weddings, Funerals and many Other Occasions.
We are aware that there are certain times when our doves are needed to mark more poignant occasions such as the passing of a loved one or to remember our friends and family members.
We have provided white doves on numerous such occasions and the peace and tranquility brought about by our birds at funerals and memorial services, has been received with the same grace that has been naturally present in white doves from the beginning of time. They bestow a calm but, at the same time, uplifting presence to occasions like these.
Our 'Memories' Card© is also available as an optional extra to our funeral packages too. These cards have white dove feathers mounted on them with details of the occasion inscribed on the reverse. All the feathers are from our own doves, collected during their natural moult. Our cards certainly provide a unique way of remembering your dove release. If you prefer, you can have something of your choosing printed on the reverse of the card
We can provide up to twelve white doves for release at a funeral or memorial service, although extra doves are available on request. The doves can either be presented to you for release by hand or they can be released directly from the basket, if preferred. Alternatively, a combination of hand and basket release is always possible.
We work closely with many funeral directors to ensure we fulfill each families requirements for their white dove release with the greatest respect, dignity and professionalism. Our handlers have over forty years experience in managing the doves, we always dress appropriately for the occasion and our doves are presented in tastefully decorated baskets.
